The thought of being rejected by a woman can be a very scary.
Experiencing this rejection can also be painful and humiliating.
On the onset of things, this can seem like a crushing blow for your self-esteem. But, you can and will survive it.
Try to remember that virtually every man has been rejected by a woman at one time or another, and that includes so-called players and pick-up artists.
Rejection is an unfortunate reality in the dating scene, but in a way it also works to your advantage.
Rejection may be a painful experience at first, but it can also serve as constructive criticism to help you improve your approach the next time round.
Here are some pointers on how to handle rejection and place it in a more positive light.
1. Try to recognize that she didn't reject everything about you.
It's easy to personalize a rejection and apply it to all aspects of your life. In reality she does not know much about you and so can't truthfully judge you.
2. When faced with rejection, always remember that you are still the same person you were before you approached her.
Again, she is only judging your approach, not you. All of your good qualities are still intact, and someone else may appreciate them more.
4. Sometimes rejection happens for reasons completely out of your control.
She may be in a bad mood, feeling sick or simply have a jealous boyfriend. Say to yourself "it's her loss for turning down such a good catch."
Again move on.
5.Part of learning is observing.
When a woman rejects you she may offer some hints for improvement.
Some women will actually give you a reason for their decision to reject your advances. You may not want to hear them at the time, but it could prove useful later on.
Always be open to feedback.

6.The reality of rejection is this...
It's more of a blow to the ego than anything else.
You must not let the fear of rejection prevent you from taking chances. In the event that you do happen to get rejected.
For whatever reason at all... You must pick yourself up and move on.
Always look to learn from your mistakes, accept constructive criticism and keep trying. There are plenty of great women out there who will accept you and recognise your good qualities.
You just have to find them and connect with them.
Now get out there and have fun.
